David Lloyd Individual Membership Prices
Last updated: September 2026
An Individual membership is for one adult aged 18 or over. You choose a home club, then choose the package and contract that fit your schedule. The price is driven by that combination rather than a single UK-wide individual rate.
Individual membership cost guide
| Package | Typical monthly budget | Best fit |
|---|---|---|
| Club | £75–£140+ | Members available off-peak |
| Plus | £110–£175+ | Anytime gym, pool and class use |
| Platinum | £130–£250+ | Frequent premium-facility users |
Club location remains the largest variable. If you are comparing two clubs, do not assume the same package will have the same cost or included facilities at both locations.
How to choose the right individual package
Start with the times you need to visit. Club is cost effective for daytime users, but it does not work for someone who trains after work. Next, list the facilities you expect to use each week. If you want gym, pool and classes, Plus is the natural middle package. Choose Platinum when racquets, Blaze, selected multi-club access or premium wellness features will become regular use rather than an occasional treat.
Individual membership checklist
- Ask for Standard and Flexible contract quotes.
- Check the joining fee and total first payment.
- Visit the club at your normal training times.
- Try a group class before you commit to a class-led routine.
- Compare the cost per visit based on how often you will realistically attend.
