David Lloyd Club Membership: Prices, Facilities and Off-Peak Hours
Last updated: September 2026
Club membership is David Lloyd’s off-peak package. It gives access to the core gym, pool and fitness-class experience at set times, making it the entry-level route for people with a daytime or flexible schedule.
Club membership hours
Club membership provides access from 11am to 4pm on weekdays and after 2pm at weekends. These times are central to the package. Before choosing Club, map them against your work, school-run and weekend routine. If your main training time is after work, Plus is likely to be the more suitable option.
What is included and excluded?
Club includes gym access, swimming pool access and fitness classes during the stated access hours. It does not include racquets, Blaze, unrestricted hours, monthly guest passes, towel service, selected member discounts, multiple-club access or luxury Spa Retreat access. It is designed for straightforward off-peak use rather than the full premium health-club package.
How much does Club membership cost?
Individual Club membership often starts around £75 per month and can rise beyond £140 depending on club location and local demand. It is usually the lowest-priced main package because access is restricted to off-peak hours and premium extras are excluded.
Club is good value when those hours genuinely fit your life. If you need unrestricted access, choosing Club simply because it is cheaper can become false economy. A 14-day pass can help you test whether the club is useful within the times available.
